First of all, I’ve never met a gentleman as caring and genuine as Alex. He understood my needs from the start and provided a detailed explanation of why he structured my plan the way he did, along with an elaborate breakdown of each individual exercise. The whole process felt like being back at school, but in a good way! I came to Alex with insecurities about my legs and wanted my mind and body to be in a better place. He nailed the plan from the start. His meticulous planning with my nutrition meant I had tons of energy throughout the day and in the gym! Alex provided me with a well-thought-out training and nutritional plan, something I’ve never had before. There were many times at the start of coaching where I felt like quitting, but Alex assured me that consistent effort and commitment would produce results. He provided a detailed breakdown of any changes that needed to be made to the plan. As I began to feel and see the difference in myself, it gave me the confidence and trust in Alex to train harder and follow the plan more closely. Nine months on, and I’ve just finished an eight-week cut ready for my holiday. I feel much stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever! Alex has always been just a phone call or text message away whenever I needed support.
